Project Description: Ribera Development, LLC proposes to install approximately two thousand four hundred and fifty linear feet (2,450 LF) of four-inch (4”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, nine hundred linear feet (900 LF) of six-inch (6”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, nine hundred linear feet (900 LF) of eight-inch (8”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, two (2) submersible pumps and related appurtenances to serve a proposed pump station located at Shingle Point Road, Milton, DE 19968. The proposed force main will connect to Sussex Regional Recharge Facility (SRRF).

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on September 3, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
