Project Description: Grayway Developers, LLC proposes to install approximately eighty-eight linear feet (88 LF) of four-inch (4”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, seven thousand one hundred and three linear feet (7103 LF) of sixteen-inch (16”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, two (2) submersible pumps and related appurtenances to serve a proposed pump station located at Intersection of Surf Rod Crossing & Harpoon Drive, Georgetown, DE 19947. The proposed force main will connect to Sussex Regional Recharge Facility (SRRF).

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on September 3, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
