Project Description: Construction and installation of a lift station and transmission lines for 1-bedroom Accessory Development Unit (ADU) on 430-9.00-8.02. The transmission line from the lift station will cross property lines to connect to the 1500-gallon septic tank integrated into the existing On-site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System (OWTDS) on 430-9.00-8.00. The existing OWTDS on 430-9.00-8.00 is a Low Pressure Pipe Capping Fill system and the addition of the 1-bedroom ADU will serve as an Upgrade to the existing OWTDS on 430-9.00-8.00. The existing OWTDS on 430-9.00-8.00 already serves an existing 4-bedroom house and a 3-employee cabinet shop. The addition of the 1-bedroom ADU to existing OWTDS on 430-9.00-8.00 here brings the total daily wastewater flow to 660 gallons per day (gpd) for this system.
