Mark and Melissa Kopec – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Dirickson Creek at 36415 Derrickson Drive, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.

Cape Shores Homeowners Association – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in the Delaware Bay adjacent to 112 and 114 Breakwater Reach, Sussex County, Lewes, DE.

New Castle Conservation District – To conduct stream restoration activities in an unnamed tributary to Little Mill Creek at Woodland Park, adjacent to 2226 Centerville Road, Wilmington, New Castle County, DE.

Lomas Properties LLC care of Dale Lomas – To authorize an existing docking facility in the Lewes-Rehoboth Canal, at 99 Tidewaters Road, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
