Project Description: Key Properties Group, LLC proposes to install approximately four hundred and sixty-two linear feet (462 LF) of two-inch (2”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, four hundred and ninety-five linear feet (495 LF) of one-and-a-half-inch (1.5”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, and related appurtenances to serve 12 dwellings located at the intersection of Dove Knoll Drive, Rehoboth Beach, DE 19971. The proposed force main will connect to Wolfe Neck Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on August 06, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
