Project Description: Capstone Homes, LLC proposes to install approximately six hundred and fifty-eight linear feet (658 LF) of two-inch (2”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, two hundred and twenty-two linear feet (221 LF) of one-and-a-half inch (1.5”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, and related appurtenances to serve 10 proposed and existing dwellings located at Arrowhead Road, Lewes, DE 19958. The proposed force main will connect to Inland Bay Regional Wastewater Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on July 30, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
