Project Description: Artesian Wastewater Management, Inc. proposes to install approximately three thousand linear feet (3,000 LF) of sixteen-inch (16”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, one hundred and forty one linear feet (141 LF) of eight-inch (8”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, fifteen linear feet (15 LF) of six-inch (6”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, and related appurtenances to serve a force main modification and replacement project located at the Cave Neck Road, Hudson & Sweetbriar Roads Intersection, Milton, DE 19968. The proposed force main will connect to Beaver Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on June 25, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
