Project Description: DRP DE 1 LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank System for the Ballenger proposed residential subdivision. The system has been designed to accommodate 10,338 gallons per day of wastewater generated by 17 dwellings. The system consists of approximately 2,296 linear feet of 8” diameter gravity pipe, 12 manholes and appurtenances.

Project Description: Jen Holdco 24, LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank System for the Four Winds proposed residential subdivision. The system has been designed to accommodate 23,824 gallons per day of wastewater generated by 40 dwellings. The system consists of approximately 3,689 linear feet of 8” diameter gravity pipe, 17 manholes and appurtenances.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on June 18, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
