Showfield, LLC – To construct a docking facility in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal, on the north side of Gills Neck Road and approximately 40 feet southeast of Theordore C. Freeman Highway, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Rudder Road LLC – To construct a docking facility in Guinea Creek, approximately 750 feet south of intersection of Pond Road and Banks Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Dianne M Short Revocable Trust – To construct a docking facility in the Indian River at 31266 River Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Shannon T Argo Revocable Trust – To maintain a docking facility in the Indian River at 31314 River Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

John and Mary Ratzesberger – To construct a docking facility in Herring Creek at 23744 Herring Court, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Patrick and Maja Welch – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Dirickson Creek at 37404 Merryman Lane, Frankford, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
