Project Description: Chesapeake District of the Wesleyan Church Corp Delaware has submitted an application for a Construction Permit for an On-site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System for a proposed church. The system has been designed to accommodate 2,400 gallons per day of wastewater. The system consists of 2 septic tanks, 1 dosing tank and 3 full depth gravity trench systems for disposal.

A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
