Project Description: K Hovanians Four Seasons at Abbey Creek has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank System for the Abbey Creek proposed residential subdivision. The system has been designed to accommodate 7,200 gallons per day of wastewater generated by 24 dwellings. The system consists of approximately 2,235 linear feet of 8” diameter gravity pipe, 12 manholes and appurtenances.

Project Description: DRP DE 3 LLC has submitted an application for a Temporary Holding Tank System for the Chapel Creek proposed residential subdivision. The system has been designed to accommodate 10,500 gallons per day of wastewater generated by 35 dwellings. The system consists of approximately 1,711 linear feet of 8” diameter gravity pipe, 15 manholes and appurtenances.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on March 26, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
