Project Description: DNREC – Division of Fish and Wildlife proposes to install approximately one thousand eight hundred and ten linear feet (1,810 LF) of one-and-one-half-inch (1.5”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, two thousand five hundred and twenty-four linear feet (2,524 LF) of two-inch (2”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, six (6) progressive cavity grinder (E-One) pumps, and related appurtenances to serve 6 existing and proposed facilities located at 3018 Bayside Drive, Dover, DE 19901. The proposed force main will connect to Kent Regional Resource Recovery Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on March 26, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
