Project Description: K. Hovnanian At Lilyvale, LLC proposes to install approximately six hundred and twenty-seven linear feet (627 LF) of two-inch (2”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, two (2) submersible grinder pumps, and related appurtenances to serve a proposed 96 dwelling subdivision and 1 amenity located at 34434 Central Ave., Frankford, DE 19945. The proposed force main will connect to South Coastal Regional Wastewater Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on March 26, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
