Project Description: Pine Ridge MHP LLC has submitted an application for a Construction Permit for an On-site Wastewater Treatment and Disposal System for an existing mobile home community. The system has been designed to accommodate 12,000 gallons per day of wastewater. The system consist of 1 trash tank, 2 sedimentation tanks, 5 pre-treatment tanks, 5 PuraSys treatment units, 1 dosing tank and 20 elevated sand mounds for disposal.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on February 26, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
