Scott Muller and Susan Muller – To repair by replace riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization, and to remove existing structure and construct a boat docking facility in Hopkins Prong, at 27 Pinewater Drive, Harbeson, Sussex County, DE.

University of Delaware care of Peter Krawchyk – To install a living shoreline along Canary Creek and UD Boat Basin, at 700 Pilottown Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
