Non-Discrimination Policy

This office has under consideration the applications of:

Bay City MHC, LLC – To conduct maintenance dredging in Lee Joseph Creek and multiple unnamed lagoons in Bay City at 34677 Long Neck Road, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

J.G. Townsend, Jr. & Co. Inc. – To request a map change to state-regulated wetlands adjacent to 20110 Mulberry Knoll Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Sussex County Engineering Department – To install a utility line under multiple tributaries in Sussex County, DE.

Sussex County Engineering Department – To install a utility line under Slaughter Creek in Slaughter Beach, Sussex County, DE.

John Guy – to remove an existing docking facility and to construct a new docking facility in Love Creek at 22255 Waterview Road, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Christopher Woodward – to remove an existing docking facility and to construct a new docking facility in Derrickson Creek at 36393 Derrickson Drive, Selbyville, Sussex County, DE.

Luis A. Riesco and Melissa K. Riesco, Trustees of the Riesco Family Revocable Living Trust – to construct a docking facility in Silver Lake at 6 Silver Lane, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
