Project Description: Trustee of Robert J. Kennedy III Revocable Trust proposes to install approximately two hundred and eighty-five linear feet (285 LF) of one and a half inch (1.5”) diameter PVC SDR-11 sanitary sewer force main and two (2) semi-positive displacement pumpstation to serve two (2) single family residential dwellings. The proposed force main will tie into an existing City of Lewes force main and connect to the City of Lewes Wastewater Treatment Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on January 15, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
