Project Description: Wilhaven, LLC proposes to install approximately three thousand one hundred and ninety two linear feet (3192 LF) of two inch (2”) diameter sanitary sewer force main, and two (2) grinder pump stations to serve a proposed subdivision located at Wil King Road, near Beaver Dam Road, Lewes, DE, 19958. The proposed forcemain will connect to the South Coastal Regional Wastewater Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on January 8, 2026. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
