This office has under consideration the applications of:

Creekside Condominium Owners Association, Inc. – to utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Whites Creek, at the terminus of Docs Place, Millville, Sussex County, DE.

Michael Filippone – to modify an existing docking facility in the Lewes & Rehoboth Canal, at 4  Charles Mason Way, Lewes, Sussex County, DE.

Christopher at the Townes at Bayshore Village, LLC – to modify an existing docking facility in the Little Assawoman Bay, at 39118 New Providence Lane, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
