David Kenton – To construct a docking facility in the Broadkill River, Terminus of Graves Farm Road, Milton, Sussex County, DE.

Pelican Cove Condominium care of Daniel Langdon – To utilize and maintain an existing marina docking facility and to modify an existing docking facility in the Rehoboth Bay, at 103 Vista Road, Dewey Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Bay Hollow Homeowners Association care of Michael Sullivan – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in Hopkins Prong, at 32519 Bay Hollow Drive, Millsboro, Sussex County, DE.

Robert and Leslie Strittmatter – to utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in the Rehoboth Bay, at 203 West Side Drive, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
