Project Description: 841 MWR proposes to install approximately one hundred and ninety-three linear feet (193 LF) of one and a half inch (1.5”) diameter SCH40 PVC sanitary sewer force main and one (1) submersible pumpstation to serve an eighteen thousand and two hundred square foot (18,200 sf) retail building at the Intersection of Levels Road and Middletown Warwick Road in Middletown, DE 19709. The proposed force main will tie into an existing Middletown sewer main and connect to the Middletown Wastewater Treatment Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on December 11th, 2025. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
