Project Description: Freeman Arts Pavilion, Inc proposes to install approximately four hundred and seventy-four linear feet (474 LF) of four inch (4”) diameter HPDE sanitary sewer force main, four hundred and thirty linear feet (430 LF) of one and a half inch (1.5”) diameter HPDE sanitary sewer force main, and one (1) grinder pump to serve the freeman arts pavilion, village A, a golf course clubhouse, and a force main relocation project at Americana Parkway and Lakeview Drive – Americana Bayside. The proposed force main will tie into an existing Sussex County sewer main and connect to the South Coastal Regional Wastewater Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on November 27th, 2025. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
