This office has under consideration the applications of:

Hulbert Enterprises LLC – To remove an existing structure and construct a new docking facility in Little Assawoman Bay, 1110 N Schulz Road, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE

Richard Zaragoza – To utilize and maintain an existing docking facility in White Oak Creek, at 11 White Oak Road, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE

Robert Curtis Smith and Suzanne M. Smith, Co-trustees of the Robert Curtis Smith Living Trust – to construct a new docking facility in the Little Assawoman Bay, at 40 Oyster Bay Drive, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE.

Michael Schwartz and Paul J. Roessel – to install a riprap revetment for shoreline stabilization in an unnamed canal between Back Bay Court and Bay Reach, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.

Michael A. Babcock and Eileen A. Babcock – to install a living shoreline in Dirickson Creek, at 36066 Country Lane, Frankford, Sussex County, DE.

Betty J. McAllister – to authorize and maintain an existing docking facility in Bald Eagle Canal, at 149 Torquay Court, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE

Cavaliers East Side LLC – To install multiple culverts in state-regulated wetlands and the Christina River at the Reserve at Cavaliers Country Club, adjacent to 3307 Nicklaus Way, Newark, New Castle County, DE.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
