The system has been designed to accommodate 3,300 gallons per day of wastewater from commercial facilities within the plaza. The system consists of 4 septic tanks, one dosing tank and 4 pressure dose beds for disposal.

The system consists of 1 grease trap, 1 lift tank, 2 septic tanks, 1 dosing tank and 2 elevated sand mounds for disposal.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice, ending at 4:30 p.m. on {10-09-2025}. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
