Project Description: : Salt Air Properties, LLC proposes to install one pump station, approximately one thousand seven hundred and seventy linear feet (1,770 LF) of two inch (2”) diameter HPDE DIP-11 sanitary sewer force main, four thousand two hundred and four linear feet (4,204 LF) of eight inch (8”) diameter SDR-35 gravity main, one hundred and ninety-four linear feet (194 LF) of six inch (6”) diameter SDR-35 gravity sanitary sewer main, eighty seven linear feet (87 LF) of eight inch (8”) diameter SDR-26 gravity sewer main, seven hundred and sixty seven linear feet (767 LF) of ten inch (10”) diameter SDR-35 gravity sewer main, and twenty-four (24) gravity manholes to serve a Subdivision of 93 single family residential lots and a pool bath house off of Omar Road in Frankford DE. The proposed force main will tie into an existing Sussex County sewer main and connect to the South Coastal Regional Wastewater Treatment Facility.
