Dr. Blair and Melissa Jones – To modify an existing docking facility in the Lewes and Rehoboth Canal at 73 Tidewaters, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, Delaware.

J&Y Parker Family Limited Partnership – To modify an authorized docking facility in the Indian River at Bankove Drive, Millsboro, Sussex County Delaware.

George R. Racine and Donna M. Racine – To modify an existing docking facility in Pepper Creek at 30692 Shell Rd, Dagsboro, Sussex County, Delaware.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
