Project Description: Seawinds Property Owner’s Association has requested a well permit for a proposed public well with a capacity of 80 GPM and a maximum daily withdrawal of 30,000 GPD. This well will be approved with an alternative method of compliance (AMC). This well will be located 2.95 miles west of Millville in Sussex County.

A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
