Mark Mathis – to maintain an existing docking facility on the Nanticoke River, at 27383 Blue Heron Drive, Seaford, Sussex County, DE.
205 West Side Drive, LLC – to construct a new docking facility in the Rehoboth Bay at 205 West Side Drive, Rehoboth Beach Yacht and Country Club, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.
Brian Giese – to construct a new docking facility in North Shores Yacht Basin at 29 Holly Road, North Shores, Rehoboth Beach, Sussex County, DE.
Delmarva Aggregates, LLC – to conduct maintenance dredging in the Nanticoke River at 26056 River Road, Seaford, Sussex County, DE, and to dispose of the material in an on-site upland disposal area.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 20 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
