Project Description: Wakefield Development, LLC proposes to install a non-clog pumping station, approximately one thousand seven hundred and eighty-seven (1,787) feet of three (3) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main, three thousand five hundred and fifty-four feet (3,554 ft) of eight (8) inch diameter gravity sanitary sewer, twenty-two (22) manholes to serve 106-unit duplex community and one on-site club house with pool located in Leeward Chase. All residential units and amenity buildings will be served by a gravity collection system which will discharge to an on-site pump station owned and operated by Sussex County. The pump station will discharge via a 3-inch diameter force main and discharge to an existing Sussex County gravity connection to the South. The sewer system will be owned and operated by Sussex County.
