Project Description: Donald Smith has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well with a capacity of 1,000 gpm. The requested allocation is 1.44 MGD, 11.52 MG per month, and 23.0 MG per year. The well will be located 4 miles West of Millsboro in Sussex County.

A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
