Project Description: Vincent Farms, Inc. has applied to the Commercial and Government Services Section for the renewal of Non-Hazardous Liquid Waste Transporters Permit DE OH-678, which allows for the transport of other non-hazardous liquid waste (barley wash water), to be disposed of at Laurel Wastewater Treatment Facility and land applied at the following Barley Wastewater Land Application Sites (permit AGU 1904-S-05): Graham Tract LLC (332-7.00-6.00, 332-7.00-7.00, 332-7.00-8.00), Powell Tract LLC (432-14.00-14.00), Clayton J Vincent & Raymond Vincent, Jr (Walson Tract 432-12.00-14.00), Messick Tract LLC (432-12.00-15.00), Joseph West Tract LLC (332-8.00-12.00), Joseph East Tract LLC (332-8.00-12.01, 332-8.00-13.00) and Arvey Tract (532-8.00-3.00).
