Project Description: SB North, LLC proposes to install a suction lift duplex sewer pump station, approximately three thousand three hundred and sixty-five linear feet (3,365 LF) of eight (8) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main, ten linear feet (10 LF) of ten (10) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main and related appurtenances to serve six hundred and seventy-four (674) single family units in the proposed Monarch residential subdivision located on both sides of Ratledge Road, on the south side of Lorewood Grove Road in Middletown, New Castle County, Delaware. The proposed pump station is located on King’s Crossing, serves the southern half of the site and discharges into gravity sewer.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 14 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
