Project Description: Riverwood Development, LLC proposes to install an Adaptive non-clog pump station, approximately four hundred and fourteen linear feet (414 LF) of six (6) inch diameter sanitary sewer force main and related appurtenances to serve one hundred and seventeen (117) single family homes and a pool house in the proposed Riverwood residential subdivision. The proposed pump station will receive discharge from the proposed gravity collection system, pump through the proposed 6” force main, and tie into an existing 20” force main along Phillips Branch Road, which discharges to the Inland Bays Regional Wastewater Facility.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
