Application

Notice has been given that:

7-Eleven, Inc requests a construction permit to construct a Stage I Vapor Recovery System at their 324 Frederica Road, Frederica, Delaware 19946 facility which is located in Kent County. The Stage I Vapor Recovery System will be permitted to prevent gasoline vapors from escaping the tank into the environment by Permit# APC-2026/4285.CI EVR.

The application for this permit may be reviewed upon request. The application is posted at de.gov/dnrecnotices. To submit comments, for additional information or for information regarding how you can inspect the application, please contact Jenn Vavala at (302) 395 2500.

A public hearing on any of the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC receives a request for a hearing regarding that application within 15 days from the date of this notice, ending June 11th, 2026. A request for a hearing shall be in writing. The request must also show a familiarity with the application and a reasoned statement of the permit’s probable impact.
