The Hazardous Substance Cleanup Act (HSCA), 7 Del. C. § 9107 (a)(1), requires the Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC) to provide “public notification within 20 days after entering into negotiations for a voluntary cleanup settlement agreement with any person that agrees to perform a remedy.”
As required by § 9107 (a)(1), DNREC advises that it is negotiating a Voluntary Cleanup Program (VCP) Agreement with Ministry of Caring, Inc. regarding the 907 Jefferson Street Site (DE-1905) located at 907 Jefferson Street, Wilmington, DE. The Site is identified as a portion of New Castle County tax parcel numbers 26-028.30-271. The Site requires remedial action due to historic activities on site. For Site-specific information, please see DNREC’s Environmental Navigator at den.dnrec.delaware.gov.
