Subaqueous Lands Permit

Claymont Properties, LLC (06-059.00-165 and 06-048.00-001) – To install three outfall structures with rip rap scour protection, totaling 30 cubic yards of riprap channelward of mean high water and 31 cubic yards of riprap scour protection channelward of ordinary high water, in Naamans Creek, adjacent to Delaware River, at 4150 and 4145 Philadelphia Pike, Claymont, New Castle County, DE.

Subaqueous Lands Permit, Wetlands Permit and Water Quality Certification

DNREC, Division of Watershed Stewardship (134-13.00-94.00; 134-17.00-38.00, 134-20.00-1.00, 134-20.00-2.00; 134-20.00-4.00; 134-20.00-5.00) – To hydraulically dredge 70,000± cubic yards of material in White Creek and a portion of the Assawoman Canal and to beneficially reuse the dredged material via hydraulic pipeline transport and thin layer application of the material across a 5,354,000 square feet area in State-regulated Wetlands to enhance marsh elevations located in the Muddy Neck Marsh Complex of the Assawoman Wildlife Area (38.510246, -75.070670), Frankford, Sussex County, DE 

Subaqueous Lands Permit and Marina Permit

DNREC, Division of Fish and Wildlife – 7th Street (26-05200-003) – To reconstruct a 107 foot long by 25 foot wide portion of an existing 195 foot long boat ramp, and to construct an 8 foot long by 25 foot wide portion of boat ramp, and to install an 8 foot wide by 146 foot long gangway, and an 8 foot wide by 25 foot long floating dock with 4 associated pilings, and 222 linear feet of steel sheet pilings around the perimeter of the boat ramp and gangway pad, and a 140 foot long by 8 foot wide concrete dock pad consisting of approximately 271 cubic yards of concrete fill channelward of mean high water, and approximately 41 cubic yards of riprap channelward of mean high water for scour protection, in the Christina River, adjacent to Brandywine Creek, at the terminal end of E 7th Street, Wilmington, New Castle County, DE.

If a public hearing is desired, please be advised that a public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
