Weston Willows, LLC Trustee has requested an allocation permit for one proposed irrigation well. The maximum daily withdrawal is 172,800 gallons per day. The well will be located east of Georgetown in Sussex County, near the intersection of Ricardo Lane and Lewes Georgetown Highway. Tax parcel 135-11.00-33.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by July 20, 2020, at 4:30 p.m.  A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
