Water Allocation Permit Modification: Artesian Water Company

Artesian Water Company has requested a modification of an allocation permit for two existing public wells with a combined capacity of 2,200 gpm. The requested allocation is 3.17 MGD, 95.0 MG per month, and 912.5 MG per year. The wells are located 2.9 miles South of Glasgow in Kent County, on Old County Road. Tax parcel 11-040.00-002.
