Matt Dickerson has requested an allocation permit for one existing and one proposed irrigation well with a combined capacity of 950 gpm. The requested allocation is 1.02 MGD, 30.5 MG per month, and 61.0 MG per year. The wells are located 1.4 miles South of Blades in Sussex County, on Johnson Road. Tax parcel 1-32-06.00-0082.00.

Lawrence Jester has requested an allocation permit for three proposed irrigation wells with a combined capacity of 1,200 gpm. The requested allocation is 1.44 MGD, 43.2 MG per month, and 86.4 MG per year. The wells will be located 3 miles Southwest of Middletown in New Castle County, on Levels Road. Tax parcel 14-010.00-021.

Bjack Properties, LLC has requested a well permit for one proposed public well with a capacity of 20 gpm and a maximum daily withdrawal of 800 gpd. This well will be approved using an alternative method of compliance (AMC). The well will be located 0.8 miles South of Dagsboro in Sussex County, on Dupont Boulevard. Tax parcel 2-33-11.00-0243.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received within 15 days from this notice. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
