The requested allocation is 0.36 MGD, 10.8 MG per month, and 21.6 MG per year. The well will be located 4.6 miles Northwest of Long Neck in Sussex County, on Indian Mission Road. Tax parcel 2-34-16.00-0011.00.

A public hearing on the above applications will NOT be held unless the Secretary of DNREC determines that a public hearing is in the public interest or if a written meritorious objection to the application is received by February 23, 2023, at 4:30 p.m. A public hearing request shall be deemed meritorious if it exhibits a familiarity with the application and provides a reasoned statement of the action’s probable impact.
