Lewis Sand & Gravel, LLC has requested an allocation permit with discharge standards for two existing surface intakes with a combined capacity of 2,400 gpm. The requested allocation is 3.0 MGD, 6.0 MG per month, and 36.0 MG per year. The intakes/discharges are located 1 mile Southeast of Gumboro in Sussex County, on Firemans Road.
