The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Waste and Hazardous Substances (WHS) will conduct a public hearing (Docket #2020-R-WH-0020) on the proposed revisions to the following regulations: 7 DE Admin. Code 1302 “Regulations Governing Hazardous Waste.”

The objective of revising 7 DE Admin. Code 1302, “Regulations Governing Hazardous Waste” is to adopt federal hazardous waste regulations that have been promulgated by the United States Environmental Protection Agency that are required in order for Delaware to maintain its program authorization by ensuring the State program is equivalent to the federal program.
