The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Water, Wetlands and Subaqueous Lands Section, will conduct a public hearing on Wednesday, June 16, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m. to consider comments from the public on the Subaqueous Lands Permit application for Norman Singer (Docket #2021-P-W-0012). The Applicant has applied to install a 3 foot wide by 10 foot long gangway, a 6 foot wide by 5 foot long floating pier, and a 6 foot wide by 10 foot long floating dock, revised from the originally proposed application to install a 3 foot wide by 10 foot long gangway and a 10 foot wide by 10 foot long floating dock in Lake Comegys, at 135 Chesapeake Street, Dewey Beach, Sussex County, DE.
