The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control’s Wetlands and Subaqueous Lands Section (DNREC-WSLS) will conduct a virtual public hearing (Docket #2020-P-W-0021) on a permit application from James and Meredith Bruner for a lease to construct and use a pier, dock and two boatlifts in the Little Assawoman Bay. 

Public Hearing

Request for a Subaqueous Lands Lease

Notice is hereby given that James and Meredith Bruner have applied to DNREC-WSLS for a Subaqueous Lands Lease to construct and utilize a 4 by 13 foot long pier of which only a 4 by 10 foot long section of the pier will be channelward of the mean high water line, a 6 by 45 foot long “L” dock and to install a boatlift with four (4) associated pilings and an elevator lift on two (2) associated pilings abutting the dock in the Little Assawoman Bay at 1306 N. Schulz Road, Fenwick Island, Sussex County, DE.
