Public Hearing: Fort DuPont Subaqueous Lands Permit

The Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control (DNREC), Division of Water, Wetlands and Subaqueous Lands Section, will conduct a public hearing on Thursday, January 21, 2021 beginning at 6:00 p.m. to consider comments from the public on the Subaqueous Lands Permit application for Fort DuPont Redevelopment and Preservation (Docket # 2020-P-W-0028.) The Applicant proposes to install approximately 2,000 linear feet of rip-rap shoreline stabilization in Delaware City Branch Canal, at Fort DuPont, 260 Old Elm Avenue, Delaware City, New Castle County, DE.
