Proposed Plan

The Department invites public comment on a proposal to clean-up Ed’s Texaco (DE-1821) located at 337-341 South Main Street in Newark. The Site is a former gasoline filling station and is currently an empty paved lot.

Ed’s Texaco will be subject to the following key remedial actions: the recording of an Environmental Covenant restricting groundwater withdrawal.
