Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: USDA FSA Poultry Operation South Old State Rd Georgetown (2020.0109)

The USDA, Farm Service Agency proposes to subordinate its lien to another lender in order for the other lender to finance the construction of two 60’ X 600’ poultry houses, generator shed, manure shed/composter, and other related infrastructure on an existing farm on South Old State Road in Georgetown, Sussex County, DE, Tax Map 135-3.00-26.02.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
