Federal Consistency Determinations have been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: Kruger Road Project (2021.0003)

The USDA, Farm Service Agency (FSA) proposes to fund the purchase of a farm property and the installation of a high-tensile fence using wood posts on approximately 5 acres of property in Sussex County, Delaware. The area of disturbance is located on a 77+/- acre tract on Kruger Road in Georgetown; tax map #133-6.00-6.00. The area is in a rural part of the county and it is surrounded by woodland and farmland. It is proposed that the project will not disturb more than 5 acres of cleared cropland. In prior years, the farm was used to produce grain crops and forages.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
