A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: USDA Farm Service Agency
The U.S. Department of Agriculture Farm Service Agency proposes to subordinate a loan by an existing borrower to construct a 50′ x 90′ house/shop, and install a driveway, parking area, well, and septic system on approximately 9 acres of cleared cropland. The area of disturbance is located on an 85+/- acre tract in Sussex County, Delaware on Chapel Branch Road in Seaford, Delaware; tax parcel #531-9.00-61.00.
Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
