A Federal Consistency Determination has been submitted to the Delaware Coastal Management Program for the following: USDA Bobola Hopper Tank (2022.0043)

The USDA, Farm Service Agency has received an application to provide financing in order to construct an additional Hopper Tank and install a Bucket Elevator in an existing grain storage yard. The property is currently a farm storage yard with a manure shed, grain storage bins and is located at Chestnut Grove Rd, Dover, DE. Ground disturbance below the plow zone will be needed to pour a concrete foundation.

Comments concerning this Federal Consistency Determination will be accepted for 20 days from the date of this notice.
